Senior Manager, Player Engagement

NFL (National Football League)

The Senior Manager, Player Engagement is responsible for serving, equipping and empowering NFL players and club Heads of Player Engagement (HPE) within the five Player Engagement pillars (continuing education, financial literacy, personal and professional development and HPE development). The Senior Manager supports a cluster of 8 club HPEs and assists with the implementation of all mandatory education per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. In addition, the role will lead/support multiple Player Engagement initiatives and programs.

The Director of Global Marketing will lead the Arizona Cardinals' international marketing strategy with a primary focus on expanding the team's presence and deepening fan engagement in key global markets - currently Mexico and Canada.
